PayPal2MYOB - Import PayPal Sales into MYOB

1. Export transactions from PayPal

   Export your transaction history from Paypal, including all of the cart items.

   1. Login to PayPal
   2. Goto history, then "Download History"
   3. Select "Tab Delimited - All Activity" from custom date range or "Tab Delimited - Completed Payments" then "Download History" to export
   
   
2. Prepare an order number lookup list.

   This step creates a tab-delimited template file that can be used to match your own order numbers to the order numbers generated by Paypal. Using the PayPal2Myob convert the Paypal export file to a MYOB import format. Run the following command: PayPal2Myob -o {PayPal input file name} {Order export file}.

3. Run the conversion utility

   Using the PayPal2Myob convert the Paypal export file to a MYOB import format. Run the following command: PayPal2Myob {PayPal input file name} {MYOB items sales file} {MYOB cards file}

4. Import the details into MYOB

   Import your sales transactions into MYOB

   1. Start MYOB
   2. Goto "Import Data", "Cards", "Customer Cards"
   3. Select identify record by Co./Last Name .

      

   4. Select the MYOB cards export file from 3.
   5. Select match all fields and import the cards. Check the MYOB.log file after the import for any errors.

      

   6. Goto "Import Data", "Sales", "Item Sales".

      

   7. Select the MYOB item sales export file from 3
   8. Select match all fields and import the cards. Check the MYOB.log file after the import for any errors.
